Paint Color Help (Round 2)?

Ok, so I have wood paneling around the bottom half of my walls, including a 2 inch molding around the top of the panel. I have a room in the basement with zero natural light. Which combo would make the room feel larger and bright vs. bringing it down: a color on top, and white panel -OR- White wall and colored panel? I was thinking about going with a really soft blue color to brighten it up and get a feeling of calm. Right now the wall is white, the panel is lime green and the molding is purple.Paint Color Help (Round 2)?
i would go with the soft calm color because it would really make the room seem biggerPaint Color Help (Round 2)?
a soft peach is also nice with...You are saying lime green is it bright or light? If it is bright lime you could white wash it to bring the brightness down. I had a peach %26amp; mint green room...With the peach be careful it's not pink look more in the melon colors
can you please place a link of some images, i would be glad to mock it up for you.
