I have an old paint program that I bought back in 1993 that worked on Win 3.1 thru Win 98'. I've since tried using Corel PhotoPaint X3, Corel PainterX, and ArtWeaver 0.4. None of them have it. I don't know about Adobe Photoshop CS, but I'm doubtful.
I can't use my old program on my Win XP systems, but that single tool was so useful. I do a lot of touching up on really detailed drawings, and this helped me get rid of specific colors where they didn't belong. If you're into graphic illustration or production and you have some helpful tips, I'd really appreciate it.Is there any paint prgrams out there that still feature a ';color replacer'; tool?
