Yes, since turquoise is a complementary color for a neutral (your tile) it would be fine. Nice color for a toddler's room, too. Don't paint it white, children are stimulated by color:)Toddlers room.. paint color help?

i think it would look great, but you should tone down the aqua color a couple degrees and make the trim cream instead of white. the contrast between that neon aqua and true white trim would just be too jarring.
