A terra cotta red/orange would look great, if you like warm bold colors.
Yellow would also look good, but I'd recommend a subdued,earthy yellow, like ocher. A bright sunny yellow would look very ';country'; combined with the white cabinets. Blue would also look ';country'; combined with the white cabinetry.

I think you have a neutral palette now with white and tans so that leaves you lots of options. An aqua, teal or robin's egg blue would work; so would a sage green or even a terracotta or cinnamon color, yellow might work too...it all depends on what you like. Sometimes finding a placemat or napkin or curtain that you love can be your color inspiration. Maybe these pics will help too:
