Paint color that goes with blue tile?

Okay, so I have a small bathroom which has blue tiles that go half way up and then the top is white. The blue tile is not a pretty shade of blue, its kind of a dull greyish blue color. Im bored with white and have decided to paint it. I am trying to go with pale shades because dark colors will clash with the blue tiles. I was thinking along the lines of pale blue, pale lilac, etc. but i dont know how it will turn out. Keep in mind that I am a 16 year old girl, so I want something fun and pretty, not like a gray or cream color. No matter what color paint you choose, you will need to paint using an under coat of primer first. Tiles are generally fired and have a glossy finish on them and paint won't adhere to it by it self.


If I were you when you go to paint store ask them the best type of paint to use for going over tiles .


You may have to use an epoxy paint to cover the tiles,so ask the sales man at the paint store first before you even start .
How about yellow? it's bright, and not dull. I dont think it even has to be pale... yeah yellow would look nice...(: hope this helps!
